As part of a 2019 remodel of their Lincoln Square property in the hills of Oakland, California, Terramar Retail Centers commissioned a large tete-a-tete bench to serve as a focal point sculpture and functional seating element for the plaza and a lime green love seat for a spot by the entrance to the supermarket.
